TUJUAN:
Membekali peserta tentang pengetahuan tentang dasar-dasar aliran, metoda pengukuran laju aliran, dan elemen kontrol pada pengukuran laju aliran.

SASARAN:
Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan mampu:

  • Memahami dan menjelaskan prinsip kerja pengukuran laju aliran, dan menyelesaikan masalah dasar pengukuran laju aliran
  • Menyebutkan komponen dan fungsinya
  • Membedakan beberapa metoda pengukuran laju aliran
  • Memilih pengukuran laju aliran yang tepat
  • Menghitung dan merencanakan meter laju aliran
  • Memasang meter aliran dengan tepat
  • Menyelesaikan masalah yang berkaitan dengan elemen kontrol dan kontrol pada pengukuran laju aliran

  • Dasar aliran
    Sifat-sifat fluida, jenis aliran, Reynold number, aliran laminar dan turbulen
  • Unit satuan dan istilah
  • Kekasaran pipa
  • Metoda atau pemilihan meter aliran
    Diagram pemilihan, kesalahan pada meter, pemilihan alat ukur aliran
  • Pengukuran aliran
    Differensial pressure, nosel, orifice, venture meter, rotameter, magnetic flow meter
  • Konstruksi dan instalasi meter aliran
    Orientasi pipa dana arah aliran, kebutuhan panjang pipa, keakuratan
  • Sinyal, transducer, dan transmitter
  • Pengkondisian sinyal
  • Proses kontrol.

He was graduated from politeknik  universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence.
