PENDAHULUAN:
Project procurement adalah salahsatu aktivitas penting dalam project management. Koordinasi yang baik antara aktivitas planning, procurement, resources mobilization, & project monitoring, akan menentukan keberhasilan implementasi suatu project. Aktivitas dimulai dari proses tender: administrasi tender, seleksi supplier/kontraktor, bid evaluation sampai penetapan pemenang, setelah itu phase project monitoring akan memastikan semua komitmen yang tertuang dalam work order & kontrak dengan supplier/kontraktor terpilih, dapat direalisasikan tepat waktu sesuai project timeline.

TUJUAN & MANFAAT TRAINING:
Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta akan memiliki kemampuan untuk:

  • Memahami kode etik & prosedur project procurement
  • Memahami tahapan administrasi & dokumentasi procurement mulai dari prakualifikasi supplier/vendor, analisa penawaran, kontrak, evalusi vendor, hingga vendor management.
  • Memahami metode sourcing, teknik analisa penawaran, & strategi negosiasi
  • Memahami regulasi, konsep, & implementasi vendor management
  • Memahami proses evaluasi kinerja supplier/vendor dalam suatu project

Class presentation, discussion, case study, & video presentation, dengan konsep:

  • 20% teori berdasarkan literatur praktisi
  • 40% analisa best practices & benchmarking antara; institusi, korporasi, & industri
  • 40% studi kasus nyata & diskusi brainstorming antara trainer dengan peserta
