TRAINING DURATION : 4 days
Mesin dan peralatan digunakan untuk membuat produk atau komponen mesin dan peralatan. Konstruksi mesin dan peralatan terdiri dari elemen-elemen mesin baik elemen transmisi (poros, bantalan, roda gigi, kopling, sabuk dan puli, rantai, dsb.) dan/atau elemen sambungan (solder, paku keeling, las, dsb.) yang dirakit. Untuk menciptakan mesin dan peralatan (apabila belum ada) dilakukan terlebih dahulu proses perancangan (disain) sesuai dengan kebutuhan teknologi proses untuk membuat produk atau komponen mesin dan peralatan. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Disain konstruksi (design of construction).

TUJUAN TRAINING :
Setelah mengikuti training ini diharapkan mempunyai Pemahaman tentang pengetahuan dan keahlian merancang konstruksi mesin dan peralatan industri tepat guna.
CAKUPAN MATERI TRAINING :
- This design class provides participants with a first exposure to real world problems.
- The design of simple mechanical systems.
- The integrate and implement the accumulated knowledge from previous classes such as how to design shaft, power screw, joins (bolted, welded, etc.), springs, bearings, and flexible power transmission elements.
- This course discusses more complex machine elements with regard to selection and sizing.
- The coverage includes elements such as brakes, clutches, friction disks, gear systems, gear geometry, nvolutes, spur, helical, bevel, and worm gears

He was graduated from politeknik universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence.
