CERTIFICATION CRITERIA

One of the following certification grade will be assigned to those who have completed the certification program:

  • Pass: The participant has developed and shown the competencies to be a Certified TD2P. This is a full certification.
  • Pass with Conditions: The potential trainer has developed partial competencies in becoming Certified TD2P. Before being fully certified to deliver, the Trainer must improve on specific skills and go through a second assignment or delivery audit by LE Consultants for full certification.
  • Fail: The participant could not show adequate competencies and does not have short term potential to become a good trainer.
